For projects under the Project-Based Service Model, we offer either a flat rate or an hourly rate. The rate we choose depends on the nature of the project. If the project is clearly defined and engineering-oriented, we will quote a flat rate. If the project is exploratory in nature and research-oriented, we will apply an hourly rate pricing mechanism.
